Cowboys vS. Cardinals live stream. Dallas Cowboys vs. Arizona Cardinals: What to watch for, Cowboys vs. Cardinals NFL Free Picks and Betting Odds
The Cowboys are coming off a somewhat embarrassing 42-17 loss at Denver last week. That game was tied at 7-7 early in the second quarter, but Dallas gave up the next 14 points and never recovered. On the day the Cowboys got outgained 380-268, outrushed 178-40 and lost time-of-possession by a 34/26 split. Dallas is now 0-2 in games QB Dak Prescott has throw the ball 40 or more times. The Cowboys had opened this season with a 19-3 victory over the rival Giants, covering as six-point favorites.
The Cardinals, meanwhile, are coming off a 16-13 overtime victory at Indianapolis last week. Arizona lagged behind the Colts 13-3 in the fourth quarter, but tied the game on a Carson Palmer TD pass and a Phil Dawson field goal. The Cards then won it in OT with an interception and another Dawson 3-pointer. KICKOFF: Monday, 8:30 p.m. ET, University of Phoenix Stadium. TV: ESPN, Sean McDonough, Jon Gruden, Lisa Salters (field reporter).
The Cardinals hope they have similar success to the Broncos, who held the Cowboys to 268 yards. If the Cardinals stack the box to try and contain Elliott, the Cowboys will have to rely on Prescott beating Arizona to the outside, and that could prove difficult since their best receiver, Dez Bryant, will be shadowed throughout the game by All-Pro cornerback Patrick Peterson.
