UCF vS. Maryland Live stream. UCF Knights vs Maryland Terrapins: Preview, Start Time, TV, Betting Line, Prediction, Maryland football vs. UCF preview: Terps return to action looking to start 3-0
UCF fans sorely miss watching the Knights play football. The Knights opened the season on August 31 by absolutely dominating the FIU Panthers. The chaos of Hurricane Irma forced the cancellation of the Knights’ second scheduled game (which would have been against Memphis, and which has been fortunately rescheduled for September 30) and the Knights’ third game against Georgia Tech.
Last time out, Maryland laid the wood on Towson, scoring from all over the field en route to a 63-17 win. In his first collegiate start, Kasim Hill looked like anything but a true freshman, leading a perfect opening drive and finishing the day in the third quarter 13-16 for 163 yards and two touchdowns. He also carried the ball five times for 41 yards. Ty Johnson and D.J. Moore were their usual, big-play-making selves, combining for five scores.
The former Oregon offensive coordinator is in his second year as UCF’s head coach, just like DJ Durkin is at Maryland. He similarly took a program that had an awful season—UCF was 0-12 in 2015—and turned it around quite admirably in Year 1. The Knights are 6-7 in his short tenure. Before he was a coach, Frost was a national-championship winning quarterback on Nebraska’s 1997 team.
