In the SEC opener, the No. 12 LSU Tigers and Mississippi St. Bulldogs square off in a rather evenly matched battle. Both teams come in outscoring their opponents by 30 points or more and are doing quite well defensively, too. With two of the top ranked quarterbacks in the SEC, this will be a true challenge for both teams. Kickoff from Davis Wade Stadium at Scott Field on September 16 will be at 7:00 p.m. ET. ESPN will have the broadcast. The available live streams can be found on WatchESPN and FuboTV.

In the receiving end, Nick Fitzgerald rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns in 10 carries while Aeris Williams added 107 yards in nine attempts. Also, Kylin Hill had 62 yards and a touchdown in 10 attempts. In the receiving end, Aeris Williams posted 28 yards in a catch while Jordan Thomas added 25 yards and a touchdown.

Both the Tigers and the Bulldogs enter this game at a perfect 2-0. One of them is coming out of this game with an L, but both SEC schools have played well thus far. LSU throttled BYU in their Week 1 game and took care of business against Chattanooga. Mississippi State has had great success offensively, albeit against Charleston Southern and Louisiana Tech.
